The diamond weight is a substantial 0.81 carats and the diamonds are of very fine quality. The fire and brilliance that they display will take your breath away. Two rows of diamonds surround the pink sapphire and more diamonds adorn the split shank. The edges of the ring are finished with milgrain detail which adds a softer look to this piece.
