Care of Sapphires: Be sure to clean your yellow sapphire jewelry regularly. With regular cleaning, your jewelry will look as good in 10 or 20 years as it does today. Be sure to clean the underside of the stones as this is where dirt and grime can build up. Since sapphires are tough and durable, they can withstand most cleaning methods.
