Cushion cuts are one of the most popular cuts for us in sapphire rings so we were very excited to find a parcel of gorgeous matched bright yellow sapphire cushions that we could make into earrings. These sapphires have a bright buttery-lemon color, are very nicely cut, and are eye clean. They really do sparkle beautifully. And the halo of diamonds that surrounds each sapphire adds the perfect touch of elegance and glamour to the look. At 3/8" wide (9.5mm), these are a perfect stud style earring. Big enough to show nicely with longer hair but not overpowering with short hair or an updo. The earring mountings have a lovely pierced openwork design so these look very nice from every angle. These earrings are for pierced ears and have a butterfly clutch back.
