A large percentage of our business involves customizing or making small modifications to the pieces we do offer. If you find a ring style that you like but want it with a different gemstone or a different size gemstone, in most cases, this is possible. If you see an item in white gold but you prefer yellow or vice versa or the item is in gold but you want platinum, again, in most cases, we can remake the item for you.
The jewelry you will find on our website is only of the highest quality. In nearly all cases, the gemstones have been hand-selected for the designs. Our pieces are not mass-produced and we offer many one of a kind designs. The diamonds in our jewelry are of extremely fine quality and much better that what you would find in your typical retail stores. The vast majority of our diamonds are G to H in color which means that they are near colorless. The clarity ranges from VS to SI which means that they are eye clean with no visible inclusions. Our diamonds are white, bright and full of sparkle. You will also find that most of our jewelry has a substantial gram weight, weights that are typically much higher than what your local retailer offers. Our jewelry has been designed to last a lifetime.
We also offer a free 90-day repair warranty on our jewelry. If an accent stone should fall out under normal wear and tear conditions, we will replace it at no charge. We stand behind our jewelry and the quality 100%. If you have a problem with a piece of jewelry you've purchased from us, we want to know about it. After the 90-day period, we also offer repair services should they become necessary. Most jewelers charge exorbitant fees to replace a small diamond or repair a prong but we offer these services at very nominal rates.
