Item Description:

This elegant past, present, future design sapphire ring features a spectacular combination of a large cushion cut blue sapphire and tapered baguette diamonds. The sapphire is a substantial size, at 3.65 carats and is completely natural, untreated and unheated, a rarity for larger size sapphires. The antique cushion cut on this gemstone is also very difficult to find making this a truly one of a kind gem! The sapphire is from Sri Lanka (formerly known as Ceylon) and is gorgeous, vibrant and lively with its medium tone, beautiful cornflower blue hue. It is set in a trellis style mounting with a single, fine quality, tapered baguette diamond on each side. This symbolic design is classic and timeless and would make a perfect signature ring or engagement ring.
